Our founder Daisy teams the knowledge and experience gained from practicing at a top tier international law firm with a commercially focused mindset and a true love of the creative industries to offer advice which is effective, cost-efficient and pragmatic.
In her practice today, she advises clients in the creative industries on their intellectual property strategies and trade mark and design registration applications. In her role as founder, she acts as the first port of call for all clients and coordinates all matters, even those that fall outside her area of expertise to make her clients' lives a little easier.
Daisy is an Oxford University graduate who trained and qualified at Bird & Bird, a top tier international law firm renowned for its IP expertise, where she then practised before founding HOUSE : LAW at the beginning of 2020.

CHARLOTTE HOLDER : LEGAL CONSULTANT
Charlotte is our fashion retail sector and contracts expert. Her expertise and in-depth understanding of the sector has been honed through first hand experience of fashion start-up businesses and experience working as in-house counsel for one of the UK's most well-known fashion and accessory brands.
Charlotte has a very practical, solutions-based approach and understands the pressures and priorities of new and established businesses in the creative sector. She couples this approach and understanding with years of experience in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts.
Charlotte trained and practiced in the corporate team of top City firm Travers Smith before moving in house to a well-known fashion brand where she remained for six years before becoming General Counsel. She has since advised start-up and established brands in both legal and commercial affairs and helped run their operations.

Ciara is our much sought after HR consultant, working with clients on all employee related matters.
There is a lot to consider when employing a team and Ciara supports clients with it all from hiring protocols and employee contracts to employee handbooks and disciplinary procedures.
Ciara is a trained HR professional (rather than a lawyer) and has an excellent understanding of current legislation and best practices to offer advice which enables clients to attract and retain a high performing team. She supports clients on a one-off basis or on larger scale projects. Her solutions are always pragmatic and proportionate and tailored to the client's key objectives and budget.
